i totally dont understand myself

i cried again
coz i watched thsi movie where this girl gets raped
and half way thru it i jst walked out of the room calmly
and went to my bedroom and cried
if i was allowed, i wouldve got a dam knife and stabbed the tv....nah jks....

...it would then explode and id be dead before i know it..

........ah.i feel so angry and frustrated and sad inside..and i hav no idea..

..i think im gonna be so bad tempered for the rest of the night..negative
